Biblical HR

Applying Eternal Truths to Everyday Work

Designed to be a reference book for Christians in any workplace, Biblical HR provides guidance for those looking to navigate complex issues while maintaining a Christlike attitude. Passages from Scripture are a necessary resource when work relationships become tense or difficult to manage, such as communicating with a demanding boss, resolving interpersonal conflicts, or addressing unethical behavior in the workplace. Biblical HR bridges the gap between a Christian’s time at work and their study of Scripture with solid, practical steps to take before, during and after many common workplace concerns — steps that are informed and strengthened by biblical principles and examples.
